The Executive Engineer, Keonjhar (R & B) Division, Keonjhar invites seal tender for the following works from the Registered contractors of C.P.W.D./ P.W.D./ Irrigation Department contractors having experience in similar type of works need may apply for the tender.
LAST DATE of sale of Tender Paper for the above work in the office of the undersigned up to 5 P.M. on 21.11.2001. LAST DATE of receipt of Tender paper upto 3.00 PM on 23.11.2001 in the office of the undersigned. Date of opening of Tender papers in office of the undersigned at 4.00 PM on Dt.23.11.2001.
All the tenders are to submit copies of valid contract licence/ I.T.C.C./ S.T.C.C./ Labour licence and No relationhip certificate failing which the tenders will be liable for rejection. The amount of EMD with the tender should be in shape of K.V.P./ N.S.C./ P.O.T.D. Postal savings pass book and time deposit from schedule banks duly pledged in favour of undersigned. Those having fixed deposits with the government as per revised rule are exempted from deposit of EMD. Attested copies of letters of exemptation of E.M.D. should be furnished with tender papers. Letters relating for transfer or adjustment of EMD from other works will not be entertained. The department will not take any responsibility for postal delay or loss in transit in case of postal tendering and the tender received after stipulated date and time will not be considered. The tender paper will be opened on the date and time mentioned above in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised agents in the office of the undersigned only. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. No materials will be supplied by the department to the contractor for the above work.
