Point No.16. (a) While making valuation of the civil construction, the period of construction should be done strictly as per the Schedule of rates, approved by the OSFC corresponding to that period. (b) In the valuation of plant and machinery it would be certified that the acquired plant and M/C. are new and that the cost has been duly paid for. Point No.22(A) A certificate should be furnished by the GM/PM, DIC that the land on which the industrial unit is established, belongs to the promoter and tthat the promoter is the absolute owner of the land..
