They must have depending on weaving trade. 3. All the weavers in a radius of two to three kilometers distance. 4. They apply to central Co-Operative Bank for finance and apply to Assistant Director, Textiles for registration of the Society. 5. After getting clarification from Central Co-Operative Bank for finance, Assistant Director Textiles takes steps for registration of the Society. 6. The bank will finance according depending on the monthly requirement of funds as working capital. Question No-2 Can any weaver get any Government assistance from Assistant Director Textiles ? Answer - 1. No, only weaver members under Co-Operative fold can be provided the different Government assistance from time to time through the Society. 2. Works ( Frequently Asked Questions ) R&B Division Question No 1. In case of any accident on the road to whom the public will contact? Answer - In case of accident on the P.W.D. Road, the public will intimate the matter to the concerned Junior Engineer in-charge of the road for clearance of the vehicles. The public may also intimate the matter to the Assistant Engineer in-charge, if Junior Engineer is not available at that time. If the Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer are not present in the Head Quarter then finally the Executive Engineer may be contacted for the same. The police officers of that region may also be contacted for quick clearance of the road. Question No 2. In case during construction of roads, buildings and bridges, if bad quality of work is executed by the contractor, to whom the public will intimate? Answer - In case of bad quality of work done by the contractors, public should intimate immediately to the concerned Junior Engineer, Assistant Engineer and Executive Engineer. If the above said officers do not listen, the public may contact with superintending Engineer, Keonjhar (R&B) Circle and subsequently Chief Engineer, Roads/Building or Work Secretary for the same. Question No 3. During Cyclone or flood, if roads cut off due to breaches or trees fall on the road, to whom the public will contact? Answer - The public may contact the concerned Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer for immediate restoration of the road and cutting of trees for smooth movement of vehicles. If the Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer are found absent the Executive Engineer may also be contacted for immediate repair and restoration and for cutting of trees. Question No 4. In case of cutting or boring of the road and erection of gates for any meeting or advertisement, to whom the public will meet?
